Support Hours And Response Times
We are here for you, but we need to sleep too…
Support hours are 7 days per week from 9 am to 6 pm Central Time (excluding U.S. Holidays)
We strive to answer all requests as quickly as possible, however, requests are answered in the order in which they are received. If we have a particularly busy day it may take us just a bit longer, but rest assured we are working as fast as we can to get you everything you need.
If you are requesting technical help with your blog, such as theme setup and layout changes, please allow adequate time (up to 48 hours) for us to research your issue and provide the best possible answer or solution.
How to create a new support request
To create a new support request, log in to your dashboard and click “Help & Support” at the top of the page or the widget at the bottom right of the page.
How to get a faster answer to your question
- Please do not submit multiple requests for the same issue, this will only delay our response.
- Search our knowledge base for answers to the most frequently asked questions.
